GDPR – data protection

By sending an enquiry, signing a contract or making direct contact, the client agrees that they voluntarily provide “MKV d.o.o.” with their own data and the data of the company they represent. The client allows these data to be used to protect personal interests in all business arrangements made with “MKV d.o.o.”.

“MKV d.o.o.” undertakes to protect customers’ personal data by collecting only the basic data about customers/users that is necessary to fulfil our obligations; by informing customers how the collected data is used; and by regularly giving customers a choice about the use of their data, including the option to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to employees who need it to do their job.

All employees and business partners of “MKV d.o.o.” are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection. The collection and processing of personal data includes passing the client’s personal data on to third parties and companies in the Republic of Croatia and abroad. Third parties are all natural persons and companies that are necessary for carrying out the agreed work. The client agrees that “MKV d.o.o.”, in accordance with the above conditions, may use the personal data and/or company data for two years after the signed contract expires.

On the mkv.hr website, Google Analytics is used to view visitor statistics. Google Analytics provides insight into visits from sources such as pay-per-click networks, e-mail marketing, display advertising, search engines and others.
